Type Of Project: Fixed price, virtual team, new application development.

Ridgeline Involvement: Provided Project Management roles and development personnel. Included work with customer to define requirements even as development had started based on earlier requirements.

Current Status: Application was completed and first systems were sold to customers.

Development Environment: Java, Struts, Linux

Key Points: Development was done in India with sub-contract personnel. Project Management and integration testing provided at customer's site in Colorado. Project was completed on-time and over-budget.
