Type Of Project: Fixed price, virtual team, platform conversion.

Ridgeline Involvement: Provided Project Management role and development personnel.

Current Status: Application was completed and has been delivered.

Development Environment: Java, Linux (original platform), Mac OS X Server (new platform), wireless networking

Key Points: Initial investigation and prototype development was done in India. Project Management and additional development personnel located in Colorado. Project was delivered late but on-budget.
